Payments Accepted

Monthly or four weekly invoices are delivered by email.  Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card or cash.

Cancellation Policy

You can rest easy knowing that you are not tied into any lengthy contracts.  All we ask for is 30 days notice should you need to terminate services for any reason.  To cancel, postpone or re-schedule a single visit, we do like to have 24 hrs notice.

In the extremely unlikely even that you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we will fully investigate the circumstances and provide a refund, discount or compensation as is deemed appropriate.
